Join us at Williams Grove Speedway on Saturday, September 7, 2024!

ADMISSION

Admission is $10. Children 12 years of age and under are admitted free to the general admission area (infield and grandstands).

Parking is available off Speedway Drive and Park Place on the front stretch. The front pit gate will be open for all nonparticipants.

Anyone entering the pit area under the age of 18 must have a minor release form signed by a parent. Any child under the age of 12 entering the pit area must pay the $10 insurance fee and have the minor release form signed.

TRACK TIME

SPRINT CARS ~ MIDGETS ~ ROADSTERS ~ STOCK CARS ~ MODIFIEDS ~ SPORTSMAN

Multiple drivers per car are permitted. All participants must pre-register. Day at the Grove registration is $20 per car. Please download and print the registration form. Mail all forms and checks to: EMMR, Attn: John Marks, PO Box 688, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

All drivers must be EMMR members and show their membership card at the pit gate in order to sign their waiver and receive their wrist band. Memberships can be purchased at the pit gate on the day of the event. All drivers and crew must pay the $10 pit fee.

All drivers must attend the mandatory driver’s meeting at 10:30 am and adhere to EMMR’s track time safety guidelines. Cars will be subdivided into groups for on track exhibition laps held between 11 am and 2:30 pm.

 

EMMR 2023 Track Time Safety Guidelines:

Along with the standard common sense rules of dual throttle return spring, secure battery hold downs, secure seat belts, and good functioning brakes, the following regulations will be enforced during EMMR 2024 track time events:

1. 1. All drivers participating in on track events must be an EMMR member.

1. 1. All drivers must wear a full-face helmet with shield.

1. 1. Speedsters and Roadsters: Full-face helmet, protective gloves, long sleeves, and long pants. A racing fire suit is strongly recommended.

1. 1. All Full-Bodied Stock Cars, Modifieds, Coupes, Coaches, Champ Cars, Sprint cars, Midgets (caged and cageless) and Sportsman must have a 5-point racing harness, fire retardant racing uniform, protective gloves, and a full-face racing helmet with shield. Strongly recommended are other modern day driver safety equipment, including arm restraints, neck brace/collar, and racing shoes.

1. 1. A RACEceiver driver radio is mandatory for all drivers.

1. 1. All drivers and pit personnel must adhere to the host speedway’s rules and requirements.

VINTAGE RACE CAR SHOW

There will be a vintage race car show held in the infield of the speedway. The car show is open to all types and classes of vintage race cars. You do not have to pre-register to participate in the car show. All participants must pay the $10 admission fee and arrive before 10 am, so cars can enter the infield prior to track time. Please use the back pit gate entrance.

SWAP MEET

Swap meet spaces for the 2024 Day at the Grove will be available. Old car, race car, car club parts or racing collectibles vendors are welcome to attend. Large commercial/trailer type vendors are unable to participate at this event. Spaces are approximately 10 feet wide and 30 feet deep.

Spots are free but you must be an EMMR member to participate. Vendors must pay the $10 admission fee for the event. Set up will be at 8 am on Saturday. Please pre-register by mail or online to help us plan out the vendor area and accommodate all participants.
