EMMR will host an informational meeting for all vintage race car on track exhibition and static display participants on Sunday, March 17th at 11:30 am in the EMMR auditorium.

The meeting will review the schedule of 2024 events for EMMR track time and static displays. We are excited to add a few more tracks to our schedule this year, and we have some new 2024 sponsors.

We will also review track time safety procedures and discuss the amount of track time available at various events.

For 2024, we would really like to get a car count prior to each event, so we can group the cars and give the information to the track that will be hosting each event. Participants will be asked to provide a description of you and your car, so that the announcer can provide more information to spectators during the track time events.

This meeting will wrap up in time for you to get lunch and enjoy the EMMR roundtable at 1 pm.
