The Latimore Valley Fair Committee does an incredible job preparing for the annual Latimore Valley Fair, but we need your help to make the event a success!

DONATIONS – If you are a Central Pennsylvania business owner, consider donating goods and/or services to help us defray the cost of the fair. All contributions to EMMR are tax deductible. All fair sponsors will be highlighted on our website and in our quarterly newsletter.

If you would like to make a monetary donation in support of the fair, please make checks payable to “EMMR” and send to PO Box 688, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

WE NEED RAFFLE ITEMS!!!  One of our biggest money makers at the fair is our nightly raffle.   If you have new items for the raffle, please contact Kelly Devilbiss at kdevilbiss@emmr.org or call the museum at (717) 528-8279. You can also drop off raffle items, such as themed baskets, at the museum by Sunday, June 16th. 

VOLUNTEERS – Consider joining the Latimore Valley Fair Committee to help plan this annual event or donate your time during the week of the fair. If you are interested in volunteering at this year’s event, please complete the Latimore Valley Fair Volunteer Form or contact Kelly Waters at (717) 360-3584.

Shuttle Drivers                                    Information Booth

Raffle and 50/50 Ticket Sales             Help at the Museum

Trash Pick Up                                     Rocket Drivers

We will have a sign-up book at the EMMR Gift Shop, if you would like to sign up to volunteer while visiting the museum.
