Wolfe Dynasty Roundtable Sunday Nov. 19th
Join us at EMMR on Sunday, November 19th at 1 PM for our last 3rd Sunday Roundtable of 2023. Two generations of the Wolfe family will discuss their involvement in racing.
Donny Wolfe began his racing career in the Hobby Car division at Fredericksburg Speedway in 1970 at the age of 19. He competed in the Sportsman division throughout the 1970s primarily at Silver Spring Speedway. Wolfe was the URC Rookie of the Year in 1980.
Randy Wolfe raced sprint cars from 1976-1999 recording 64 career wins. He earned the Rookie of the Year honors at Williams Grove Speedway in 1977 and won a total of 11 races at the Grove. Throughout his career Randy raced for several well-known sprint car owners, including the Woelflings, Bob Weikert, Maynard Boop, Leon Wintermyer, Bill & Jesse Keen, and Jim & Laura Allebach.
Randy’s son Lucas Wolfe regularly competes on the Central Pennsylvania sprint car circuit. He began racing quarter midgets at age 5. Lucas won his first sprint car race at Williams Grove Speedway in 2004, while still in high school. He has raced full-time on the World of Outlaws circuit and has taken part in over one thousand sprint car events spanning four countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
